There have been multiple occasions where either my packages or my roommate’s packages were stolen. When I asked the front desk for assistance, I was told there was “nothing they could do.” It is frustrating that the Verge seems more focused on maintaining the appearance of luxury, such as monitoring dog owners or items left outside by children, than providing adequate security for an open mailroom they advertise as secure. Most beautiful apartments in Greenwood IN

Been living here for at least 2 months now and let me tell you the design of these apartments are so unique! I love that my neighbors aren't so close and you know how in most apartments you can hear the dogs bark almost all the time, not here! It is peaceful and everyone here is so nice and it is so diverse which makes it even more welcoming! I would highly recommnend living here!

Gates are always broken and Peter was great but who ever the new office girl is… just terrible.

My husband and I moved into our unit in 2022 and LOVED our apartment, it was very nice and conveniently located for both of us. Outside of the apartment (management, grounds, amenities) was not the nicest. I didn’t always feel that the price we paid for our apartment monthly, reflected the rest of the complex. I lived at the Verge for two years. In the beginning most of the residents appeared to be over 40 years old, deep back ground checks were issued on all new tenants, I dont think thats the case now from what im seeing and hearing, (I have a family member still living at the Verge). Verge WAS very nice, well kept and quite in the beginning and management was great, Kiley the manager, (when I lived there) was awesome and took her job seriously. Do not live here. The management is terrible. When I first moved in the management was patient and had good communication. However the management team changed and they hired new people who do not know how to manage their complex. There was multiple months where I was discriminated against and targeted for issues whereas the entire community was doing the same things. Worst renting experience of my life. I left the army and moved here from colorado last summer. I had a short term lease with the verge. I had planned on finding longer term accomadations after I worked out my new employment and got settled. The first month was nice then it went down hill. The units are cheaply constructed with paper thin walls. You can hear even casual conversations of your neighbors and youll quickly notice the building falling apart around you. Poor maintenance for the first 2 years I lived there. They don’t up hold their own rules set in place to help keep the tenants safe and to help make the verge a luxury living experience. Parking is a nightmare and in the 3 years I lived there, the parking issue was never addressed. Despite being a smoke free facility, the hallways always smelled like weed and they were hardly ever cleaned. We had multiple issues with our mail/packages being stolen. Do not be deceived. Rent elsewhere. The staff is rude and does not follow up on complaints. The property is filthy. The hallways are not kept clean and the elevators are frequently trashed with garbage . The clientele has declined since living here. It is a pet friendly apartment and it shows by the amount of dog feces on the property. Parking is a joke and some residents have to park outside the gated property on a street. Lived here from early 2022 to early 2023 and had a pretty good experience! The office people were always available and happy to answer questions and help us when we needed them! Loved the little resident parties and snacks and the space in the front of the main building! The parking is quite a hassle and people parked way too close to the entrance which made it really hard to come and go. We had a garage, which meant we always had one parking space reserved but sometimes new residents would park there anyway. Office staff do not enforce the rules that all tenants agreed to sign leading to undesirable behavior from other tenants and damages that will not be repaired. There are more issues with the place, but they have blocked some tenants from giving an honest review.

Quality housing. Great staff. Maintenance was quick to address issues.

Bad management, grounds is always filthy, hallways and elevators have food and sodas caked everywhere. Commons areas are just nasty! The walls are so thin and neighbors are loud and disrespectful. (Literally can hear my neighbor do number 1 and/or 2 above me while on the toilet.) Dogs feces everywhere. They show you the staged rental but where it appears quiet and clean, but it’s not. Management is dishonest and doesn’t care what the tenants do as long as high “luxury” rent is paid. These apartments are not luxury and are not worth their price! I wish I rented a house in the worst way!

We moved in late June and have loved the place! Management is nice and the amenities and common spaces are always well-cared for. Key fobs are easy to use and add to the security. We were worried about parking being an issue because of other peoples' reviews, but we've always been able to find spots at any time of day/night. (they aren't always close to the door we like to enter from, but the parking lot is gated and well-lit, so walking a little farther is never an issue) We've never called maintenance for anything, but once we do, I'll edit this to say how that goes.
