Rented an apartment managed by Vicinia in Kerrville, TX- Winwood club. Absolutely horrendous landlord to be involved with and best avoided. This apartment had issues from day 1 related to mold and leaks/water damage. I submitted multiple requests in the maintenance portal on the exact same issue which got progressively worse with the root cause never resolved. It would be checked off as completed but not actually fixed- ultimately this makes having a maintenance portal essentially worthless. Albany Landing, Decatur, Al. I’m currently on week 5 with NO AIR. Management on site will no longer return emails or texts and I physically went down there and the manager, Kelly was defensive and rude. She rudely said, do you want out of your contract… Umm… wow! This company took over management Woodhaven Apartments and no one is ever in the office everything is AI- nothing is repaired. They have accessed bogus charges once the complex switched over. I’ve tried calling many times. No response ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience at this apartment complex was nothing short of a joke. We moved from a one-bedroom my partner was living in to a two-bedroom for both of us within the same property and were left in complete limbo for weeks. The landlord couldn’t even tell us when we’d be allowed to move. If I could give these people 0 stars I would. they never answer the phone when trying to escalate a matter about their property. I have had to call the health department on them and they still are dragging their feet. they moved me into a slum apartment w my 5 month old daughter. bursting pipes, sinks not draining, loose outlets, holes in the floors for critters to get into, cob webs in their units, they lie so much and nobody holds these people accountable. They manage the complex I am unfortunately renting from right now in Texas. HORRIBLE company, as you can see from all the 1 star reviews. It’s no surprise they hire people who don’t care to have things fixed. Looks like they may have a lawsuit coming their way.

I lived happily at The Village Apts in Albany for 9 years until the management was changed to vicina. After that everything went downhill. They raised the rent almost $300 and wouldn’t fix anything forcing us to move out. After almost 2 years they sent me a bill for a month worth of rent even though I had moved out before the next month’s rent date. They deserve all of these 1 star reviews. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

They are refusing to give me a new lease. Acting super secretive and shady.
