Weybright was amazing for the 2025-2026 school year, maintenance and the Weybright team were very receptive, we got our full deposit back and had no issues when renting from them! Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend renting with them!

Nice housing options but disappointing management. Property was in near identical condition from the beginning of our lease, but our full security deposit was taken and then some. We then received an itemized list with unreasonable purchases. Would not recommend renting from them.

We left our house in the same condition we found it, and they attempted to overbill us, and hundreds of others. The IndyStar did a story on it. Big man takes advantage of a bunch of college kids, and then plays the victim. If you can avoid Weybright as a Butler student, I would highly recommend you do so.

Personally, I had the best senior year of a lifetime and I cannot thank Weybright enough for giving us the space to make that happen in 622 Berkley Rd. From a full sized room, to a fully renovated kitchen, and even chairs that gave life to every bonfire. Weybright is the best!

We had a great time in our Weybright house. Brandon was always SUPER fast to fix our issues, from unclogging our sinks to replacing our main kitchen sink entirely when it was dripping a lot. Also replaced our washer pretty fast when the old one we inherited was rusted up. Would recommend!

I am a tenant of there years with Weybright and soon be going into my fourth year. It has been an amazing experience living in my home. They provide prompt and pleasing service and the whole team is excellent. I recommend Weybright over and over again.

One of the best things about this place is the location. it’s perfect for Butler students. The house is within easy walking distance of campus, which made getting to classes, events, and nearby spots incredibly convenient. There was lots of room for myself and 4 friends to share the space. We also got our full security deposit back!

I rented from Weybright for two years. During my lease, maintenance requests were addressed promptly by Brandon, and communication with Cheryl, Lisa, and Nick was consistently timely and straightforward. I appreciated that Nick, the owner, was willing to speak directly with tenants when needed. At the end of my lease, I received my full deposit back. Although I’ve moved out of Indianapolis, I would consider renting with Weybright again.

House had a laundry list of small issues that seemed to be neglected until they became large issues. Prolonged issues with heating and electricity. I will say the maintenance staff always went above and beyond!!! Brandon and Jasion were able to help at all hours of the day and always helped in an efficient and friendly way. We also had our heating go out when it was below freezing and Nick Weybright covered an Airbnb for the night while they fixed it.

I highly recommend renting with Weybright over other rental companies on Butler’s campus. I’ve heard from friends that their landlords don’t respond or take care of maintenance issues, but Weybright is the complete opposite. They’re always quick to respond to maintenance requests and handle them in a timely manner. After storms, they even make sure tree branches are cleaned up and that all the houses and students are safe. Weybright cares about their tenants and houses to make sure you have a good experience rental experience throughout the year.

Overall I had a great experience renting from Weybright. I used their services through my senior house at Butler University. The locations were close to campus and the houses were mostly well kept. There were some minuscule bumps in the road, they were prompt and communicative in addressing those to the best of their abilities. Would recommend to future users

I had a very positive with Weybright as a student at Butler. Their repairing/maintenance service was particularly a good highlight for me. I once had back-to-back plumbing problems two days in a row in my apartment, and Weybright maintenance was able to fix them both on the very days that they happened.

My roommates and I rented from Weybright for one year and had a very positive experience. Brandon from the maintenance team was very helpful, he was quick to respond and helped us with whatever we needed in a timely manner. He was also very kind and respectful of our time and space.

Absolutely loved renting through Weybright for my senior year of college. It was super nice being able to depend on the handy maintenance man Brandon whenever we ran into issues. Lisa showed us several homes around Butler University. She was professional and on time. The leasing process was straightforward. In eleven months, we had two maintenance issues that were dealt with in a timely manner.

Not recommended. Move out punch list payment that was requested was excessive, almost 2x the security deposit for a house that was left very clean and in good condition. Punch list settlement included overstated painting and cleaning costs (thousands of dollars) as well as hundreds of dollars of upgrades / improvements which is not allowed by Indiana state law. Suggest looking elsewhere.

Weybright rents out homes in great condition and are great for for college students. They are cooperative and understanding of their tenants.

My experience with WeyBright had a few bumps at the start, but they quickly proved they’re committed to making things right. While there were some early delays and miscommunications, once they recognized the issues, they responded quickly and effectively. They went above and beyond to resolve everything, and by the end, I was really impressed with how much they care about their customers. It’s clear they take customer satisfaction seriously, and they made sure I walked away happy. In the end, they turned a challenging situation into a positive experience, and I’m glad I chose them!

Our only negative was a slight dispute with the company over a security deposit but were left in good spirits after the owner of the company took the time to work with us and come to a fair agreement. Our experience renting from Weybright Management Inc. started off positively, it ultimately ended on a bad note due to their handling of our security deposit. Despite leaving the property in good condition, they attempted to claim our entire security deposit and charge us extra, citing damages that simply weren’t there. Thankfully, I had documented the state of the home with a video prior to moving out, which allowed us to challenge their claims. I previously wrote a poor review of this company after renting with them this past academic year. I want to retract that and leave a positive review after new experiences with the company. Weybright gave us a great experience! We were able to get maintenance help as needed, and the communication was very helpful when we needed anything. Also, the owner of the company personally called me after move out to discuss our experience and get feedback. It felt very personal and sincere to hear from him!

Working with landlords can be difficult but weybright provides good support and help around the clock. They were fair and were willing to work with us to reach a fair settlement on our security deposit.

Not sure where my one star reviews for Weybright go. Nick Weybright makes up charges at the time of move out and keeps your security deposit and expects several hundred dollars in addition to that. Beware! I've noticed similar reviews regarding bogus charges and keeping security deposits for upgrades like old blinds and overstated hours charged for "deep cleaning". Knowing this is illegal to keep deposits for normal wear and tear doesn't seem to matter. Paying for 5 star reviews is illegal also.

Weybright Management has been awesome to work with. We lived right across the street from Chatham Tap in one of Weybright’s most popular homes and loved the location. The property manager, Lisa, and operations manger, Brandon, were always EXTREMELY professional, timely, and always went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Campus housing is great. Super great location and dealing with mgmt has been awesome. No complaints at all.

Weybright gave us a great experience when it came to move in and move out procedures. The company had a great presence on our campus and provided quality services! Even before renting the company communicated with us very well and after our lease was up they still communicated very professionally.

I lived in a Weybright house my junior and senior year of college with four of my best friends, and we absolutely loved it! Lisa and all of the staff were so kind and accommodating to our every need. I rented from Weybright for two years while in college and had a great experience. We had a few pop up problems and the maintenance guy Brandon was always there to reaplce or fix our issues within a day. He helped us out so much we brought him coffee one day while he was fixing our bathroom for us! When moving out, Lisa was also great at repsonding to our qestions and getting us the resources we needed! I would highly recommend, it made part of my college experience enjoyable!

I lived at a Weybright house in my college years, and I’ve never felt more safe and comforted by staff. Brandon was amazing at responding to our maintenance needs in a VERY timely manner, when we moved out, he stayed longer than the request we had took just to help us move couches out and my roommates and I were so grateful for him because we didn’t even ask he just stepped in and helped. Lisa was always willing to listen to us and communication was very good from them when things were being done to the house.

Extremely poor property management and deliberately misleading communications. No attention is paid to the tenants except for collecting their payments.

I lived in a Weybright property for the 22-23 school year and ad a great experience. My 5 roommates and I were always able to contact maintenance and other representatives in a timely manner and felt safe and comfortable in our home. We made so many amazing memories in our Weybright home.

I really enjoyed my time through Weybright. I lived at 619 W 44th street and it had great parking and a nice porch. 6 of us lived there and all had our own rooms. Maintenance was quick to respond to us. I would recommend this spot to any Butler students looking for housing!

My friends and I lived in one of their butler properties for our senior year and it was a really smooth and seamless process. They always took care of the yard, had parking behind the house, had maintenance that would quickly respond to any of our needs, and always had open lines of communication with us.
