Wilmoth had a chance to make it right and they flat out refused. The tenant the placed stopped paying one month into their lease and Wilmoth refused to honor their part of the contract with me that stated that if the tenant had to be evicted within a certain period of time, I believe 3 months, that I would get my tenant placement fee returned. And there were other issues, but they are not interested in making anything right.

Wilmoth Group oversees my property management and they do an amazing job! They genuinely care and have the quickest response times that I’ve ever experienced. Max is professional, personable, and diligent. Jason is so friendly! They all go above and beyond. Jason even helped with gardening my sunflowers all these storms destroyed, and that was not in his job description!

They said he said no because they don’t have my updated number in the system. I told them that I have been contacted by them before with this number when I submitted one of my old maintenance request so what’s different now? That was one of the two times that I ever spoke to them on the phone but obviously it means they do have my updated number. I’m a current resident with Wilmoth Group, and I had an issue with my back door, this property agency took over from the last landlord we worked with meaning I’m in a new lease contract. When I told Matt who is managing our property he got to us right away, he took his time with me to clear up any confusion we had on this lease change and so far so good! They’re very professional and well organized company. They’re also coming to fix our door Monday. The last landlord never fixed it at all. Thanks!

Hands down the worst property management I've ever had to deal with. Will be doing everything I can not to have to rent from them again at the end of my lease. Straight up hid damages in the apartment while calling it move in ready. Reached out directly to them months ago to fix things, never did. Is complying with Indiana code difficult? The answer may surprise you. I lived at a Wilmoth managed rental for a year. For the most part during our stay things were fine. I was expecting inspections of the property throughout the year which is normal, but it was nice that they didn't bother with any of that (for us at least). Upon moving out though our troubles started. It has been almost 60 days and we have not received our security deposit back. This is a horrible company to rent from. They claim that you didn’t pay in time and when you do pay the late fees, they still use it against you by withholding your deposit back! Bad dog owners in Lebanon still at it. The apartment manager has done nothing to enforce their own policies and tenants are just becoming worse.

This experience has not been great with Wilmoth Group. The places are cheap but my place has no air or heat. There is not enough trash cans. So there is trash everywhere. It’s close quarter living there trying to fit to many people in one place. Slow to get things done when complained to. My area also floods and there are wires hanging all over the place.

Matt came by to do our inspection today and was very thurough and knowledgeable. He was even able to fix our back door knob that has been broken for months! 10/10 guest service and gave great advice when asked questions.

I am so glad our landlords switched to this property management group! They are much more responsive, proactive, and communicative than our previous management. We just had our intake inspection last week and Matt was both helpful and delightful!

I'm in the process of renewing my lease and Matt, the inspector, was kind and helpful! My maintenance issues are resolved satisfactorily and I get regular communication from the office about items I need to know.

They were very fair and willing to work with me on the situation my family faced. Prompt responses and a fair reimbursement of the security deposit.

My basement has been flooded for 5 days, and I have been without hot water for the same amount of time. There have been 4 people to come out to my house, and no one has done anything with one of them telling me he don't know what to tell me because he can't do anything about the water. When trying to call, all you get is voicemail or transferred.

They take care of the necessary repairs. I like Wilmoth!

The maintenance men who installed my new water heater were very quiet. I didn't even realize that they had come and gone and every faucet now had hot water. I was exceptionally grateful for that as I had just been released from the hospital two days before with walking pneumonia. They were very respectful when they knocked on the door and I unlocked the back door for them because that leads straight to the basement. Maintenance call on our heating and A/C was done well and vendor was professional

The plumber went beyond her job duties and cleaned up with disinfectant where she had worked which was my tub, sink and the washer connection. I would highly recommend this person every time.
