You failed to address your unprofessional letter You also failed to note that this homeowner has not gotten a bill from your company with which to pay said dues which I paid faithfully for 25+ years. So dont be hating on me. You wrote the letter. The problem is lack of professionalism with your tactics

I selected Your HOA to virtually manage our 76 townhouses. I was initially referred by PayHOA, the platform that we had been previously using. After doing my due diligence, which entailed numerous phone calls to Tim Plunkett, I was convinced that they would be a could fit for our association. One of the Primary factors in my decision making was that they were already using PayHOA, which is an Excel or a CSV based platform, which meant that all of our existing HOA information was already there. Honestly, Your HOA has been great. Stuff actually gets done, they explain things clearly, and their portal makes requests super easy. It’s the first time I’ve felt like an HOA company is on OUR side.

Being on the board used to be a lot more stressful—until we started working with Your HOA. Their online portal is hands down the best one I’ve used. It’s super easy to find what I need, whether it’s financials, ARC requests, or just checking in on things. I use it all the time and honestly don’t know how we managed without it!

Our current HOA has been a good experience. Several years in, we're still impressed with how benevolent our HOA is. We got newsletter notices that they'd do courtesy inspections of the neighborhood, followed by courtesy notices of violations. They allowed homeowners the time allowed for larger projects which was nice.

Just switched to Your HOA for our virtual management, and couldn't be happier! They have great communication! They have done a better job remotely. from a few states away than our local management company ever could. Thanks guys!

Absolutely worthless!! We changed companies -- fired them I guess one would say. Consistently late in paying bills and expected us to pay late fees??? Seriously???? Surprised they're still in business. UPDATE/Addendum/FACTS 1)yourhoa was paid to be our mgt company through Aug 2023 making them responsible for the filing due 8-31-2023 -- again, per usual, a due date missed by yourhoa and consequently our dissolution as business entity with the IN Secretary of State. (BTW -- we will be seeking reimbursement for any fees to reinstate our certification) 2) they were paid $500 for tax filings one…

I submitted for both a fence and concrete patio. Numerous emails and calls asking for update. As records were requested they were submitted,. Finally told the aluminum part of the fence was approved. No answer for wood part of the fence or the concrete patio.

Kelly is courteous and efficent in helping her properties stay informed as services and updates. I enjoy working with Kelly and appreciate her quick and thorough follow-up.

I have been with the board of directors for my community for several years and had 2 different management companies. YourHOA is by far the most accessible, responsive, and friendly company I have dealt with! Wonderful company and start that care very responsive and always going out of their way to ensure you have what you need to management your community. Would definitely recommend for new and even already established communities.

Mayfair village HOA Let's start with my neighbors. I absolutely love my neighbors! I have been through some tough times, I'd be lost without them. There is ONE HAO person that we can count on. The HOA fees are a joke! They don't do the snow as good as it should be, don't pay for salt. They playground desperately needs updating. Want to nag on small stuff, but do nothing about dog issues, cars parked on the wrong side of the road. School buses had to stop coming through because of the cars. So, HAO definitely needs to do better with OUR money!
