I moved here in 2016. Yes, Trump is still President. It's been a long time. This is a great location to almost anywhere you need to go. The price is right. Management and Maintenance stay right on top of everything. Planning to stay another ten or eleven years. Until they put me in the home.

The management and maintenance staff are great! I reported a problem with a door lock for the patio storage closet and it was fixed that afternoon.

Love my place at Walnut Creek! The campus is quiet, safe, and well maintained. Staff is friendly and happy to help with any questions. The washer and dryer in my unit is a HUGE plus! My unit is quick to heat or cool. All electric... with a pretty low bill. Bus service for kids and Kokomo bus service for adults. 10 minutes away from about anything you need. I happily renewed my lease!

I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback. During my time at Park Lodge, I experienced ongoing noise issues that significantly impacted my quality of life. What was most discouraging was not just the noise itself, but the lack of meaningful attempts to resolve it. I would have appreciated a more proactive approach from management—such as exploring sound mitigation options, evaluating whether structural factors were contributing to the issue, or working collaboratively toward a solution before issuing a notice to vacate. I’ve been a resident of Bexley Village for over 7 years. It is a well managed safe property. Maintenance requests are completed in record time and all service representatives are efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this community.

I have been extremely happy living at Barton Farms apartments. The maintenance is great and the manager is fantastic. They really care about their residence.

I’ve been living here going on 3 year. It’s a safe and clean environment. Office girls are very nice and helpful. Asterd galliardo manager is a wonderful person. 24*7 maintenance men are very polite and do a good job and address any issues very quickly. I do wish that updates could be done on the counters and cupboards , they are old but not damaged. It’s a very nice place to live, Clean nice big Apartment with Store it’s wonderful 👍👍👍

The office threw us a Pool Party over the weekend !!! So much fun and we had hamburgers and good music ! A lot of love and effort put into this and this is why this has been my home for 5 years and many more to come. I don’t have many friends groups that I’m a part of but I am a part of my community here and I couldn’t be happier.

This company doesn’t deserve a 1 star. They allow the apartment complex to treat you so rude. When you call you never talk to anyone. They don’t take care or even care about tenants complaints. One of the corporate lady husband works for Sandstone apartments and if her husband don’t like you he runs his mouth to her and they evict you for no reason. When corporate comes to the office they never wanna talk to you. I have emailed her many times and called her and they don’t return phone calls or emails. Very enjoyable place to live. Quiet and peaceful. We have lived here for 10 years and also appreciate the maintenance people. Quick to respond as.needed. They always correct any problems from replacing a water heater (same day) to resetting the thermostat. Very much appreciated. Jody Luke

The apartments are really nice. The neighbors are nice, the maintenance team is great and fast acting. 10/10 recommend, great place to raise kids compared to other places !

The Lodge Apartments has been my home for the past 32 years it is a nice place to live the office staff is friendly and helpful and the maintenacne does a great job !

Best place ever.

We are in our third year at The Whit, after downsizing from a three-story home in the Old Northside, and we continue to be very happy with our choice. Maintenance response is swift and excellent, the management team is responsive, the location is perfect (there are some 40 bars/restaurants within a couple of walkable blocks), there's an Amazon hub, a big gym, a pool and several other amenities on site.

I live in Ohio at one of their locations they manage. The staff on property are amazing! The online presence and how they use apps and things is so much better than my previous location (10y). They did not do anything online no emails, apps, payments. My current complex has made it so much easier for me to keep in contact, maintenance request, payments etc

NEVER rent from here. I lived at my apartment 2.5 years during which Zidan took over management. I am disgusted by the way they cared for our complex. An absolute scam of a place. They'll start by not asking for a deposit and charging a non-refundable "deposit waiver fee" of $60/month. Then let your apartment flood while you're away and let mice roam freely in and out of the apartment. We had mice twice and were told by the exterminator that the maintenance team would be by to fix the HOLE letting the mice in. Never did they fix the hole to the outside. I came home from work to find our smok…

Slum lords. Charge luxury rates. Poor amenities. Poor property management. No pools, no basketball courts. Residents throw trash outside the garbage cans. Hard water. Not allowed to run the vacuum cleaner after 9 pm because of noise, but the community smells like marijuana when I come home at 9pm. Communities around the block have nicer amenities. I’ve been here 3 years, rent goes up every year, but nothing changes. No benefits. Should at least clean the carpets.

I put in a maintenance request. It was handled quickly as usual. I offer a big thank you to maintenance crew for being willing to address the issue in these very cold temperatures.

I’ve been living here on my 5th year . It’s a nice peaceful place to live . Adam and Eli do great work in repairing things and are very knowledgeable about how to maintain things. They never leave a mess. It’s a very safe place to live . Has a lot of Amenities. Tami in Office is a very kind person and always helps when you need her . I think highly of them . I plan on staying here . It’s just a great place to live .

We have been having issues with our neighbors when it comes to noise and marijuana. We have talked to the property manager several times here at Creekside at Meadowbrook. We have contacted corporate and they do not respond back at all. The property manager recently told us to be patient because they have to handle things in the office, but this situation has been happening for 2 years. I'm not sure how patient she wants us to be. The police have been called out on several occasions, and still the property manager does nothing. Marijuana is supposed to be illegal, and we have all signed a lease…

Very satisfying

Looking for a quiet apartment complex with extra large rooms, spacious double closets, at your door trash pick up and excellent staff and maintenance services? This is it so call and tour. I have lived here since 2018 and very happy here. On rare occasions that I needed maintenance they were there within a half hour regardless. The staff here is very professional friendly top notch. The Lodge Apartments is the place to be.

GREAT maintenance team! They go above and beyond for everyone! Nikki is AMAZING! You couldn't ask for a better crew!

I cannot state enough how much I have enjoyed living at Barton Farms. I come from the Property Management industry and this by far has to be one of the BEST apartment communities I have experienced. The size of the apartment to the comfort! Recommend to anyone!!! Love the staff as well!

Would give zero. Ongoing flea issues, it’s such a problem it’s killed beloved pets. Won’t own up or taken the blame for the negligence or for being cheapskates when it comes to REAL extermination when it comes to the fleas. DON’T NOT LIVE IN THEIR APARTMENTS IF YOU HAVE PETS OR SMALL CHILDREN.

Terrible slumlord, terrible staff needs to be shutdown. They don't keep their apartments in good repair, and hires one person to repair stuff for a whole building who has no training and has to be available 24/7. Stay away from Zidan Management Group owned and operated apartments

One of their prized apartment complexes:: candelwyck in Kalamazoo. A slum. Rotting food EVERYWHERE, amenities listed online that are of such low quality that they are unusable. Just check out the gym, or try to go for a swim in one of the pools that have been closed down since 2019 (except for one that was reopened spottily for a couple weeks at the end of last summer, there were so many emails of "yes the pools open!" And then "sorry, it's closed" I've lost count. Rent increases annually. There was human waste in the corner of the stairwell I'm building 130, glad they cleaned it up by putting…

Worse propery and property management company!! I have documented and timed pictures off all my complaints. All valid. Never do I get any communication back. They can receive fb messages and post on fb but they don't respond back from there. Also my truck was taken off property after being tagged less then 48hr due to not being moved? Legal plates and office has my info in file per their lease. It's parked in overflow lot. I approached the guy who tagged it and let them know all this.
