I lived on Chapin Street after moving from Flint, Michigan, due to a job transfer. The house looked beautiful at first, but I soon discovered several serious issues. The back door was not secure; when I opened it, the whole door fell off. Additionally, the front porch roof had major leaks, resulting in water pouring into my living room and ruining my furniture, which ended up wet, smelling of mildew, and damaged from water. The bathtub also leaked straight into my bedroom. The light fixture downstairs was affected as well; water would drip into it whether the light was on or off. I submitted …

SLUM lords. The worst property owners you could ever imagine. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to even answer the phone let alone do their job! DO NOT rent from them unless you like to be irritated constantly. And if your property ends up getting bought out by them MOVE.
