We have worked with American Midwest for over 3 years, and the communication level has been great and the maintenance is top-notch!!!

I dont know why everyone is giving bad reviews. Im a new tenant and Cora and Luci have been nothing but kind to me. Also they have been very prompt on answering any and all my questions. Also the home im renting is completely re done.

Been without heat for four days. This is the fourth time this has happened in 2 months. Even in the summer air conditioning breaks down. AC I can live without but heat is needed. These are the temps since 3:30 am. They gave me a space heater lol we also put in almost 30 work orders since we been here

I will not rent from these people they are the most unprofessional money hungry people I’ve ever met they do not care how you live they don’t come out and fix thing and when they do come out the maintenance team that they do send out will let you know upfront that these people do not care about their homes and they do not want to put any money into their homes. I lived there for about 2 1/2 years paid my rent on time never had a late fee or anything when I moved in floor was messed up. I've been renting through American Midwest Realty for over 2 years now and I can honestly say that I would highly recommend going through them when it comes to renting/buying a home. They keep great communication and they're very transparent with details on the home you are in. Most importantly they have always worked with me whenever I had problems with paying rent on time. The ladies in the office are also really sweet.

Couldn't ask for a better landlord. They always work with you when needed. Maintenance is so fast. Everyone is so respectful and friendly. 5 stars all day long.

I have rented from this Company for more than 4 years and have never had an issue. They always work with their tenants, are professional, and actually care for their tenants. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue (only 2 times in over 4 years) it was handled quickly.

Rob and his team were extremely helpful throughout the process and I ended up getting a fantastic house that I’m extremely happy with that was very well-maintained and put together and clean!! I would definitely recommend their team to anybody looking to rent a house in the area

I was a tenant with Homework’s for approximately 8 years at the same house. Getting screens replaced, closet doors fixed just to name a few things was ALWAYS A CHALLENGE. I’ve needed a new refrigerator for at least 3 years now. Well AMERICAN MIDWEST has been my landlord since Homework’s gave their tenants a week notice stating they were no longer our property manager, and what a blessing! The most aggressive, not communicating company. Black mold growing for two years and no care in the world but miss a water bill and they are trying to evict you. Not behind on rent but water bill. Keeps saying put in my name but water is under LLC and won’t allow you to change to your name. No proof of actual bills being paid on my behalf to water company. Two years living here, single mom not a phone call or email anything just goodbye. $300 water bill. Can only communicate via email there is no actual person to have a conversation with someone. My sisters house caught on fire so her insurance covered living expenses up to a certain amount. This company charged her an extra $1000 a month because the lease was shorter than a year. So instead of $1800 a month they charged $2800. Just to take advantage of the Indy money. She also paid an extra $500 for her dogs. She recently moved out because she was going to run out of insurance money and they kept $500 of her deposit for two broke blinds and a damaged part to a screen door which she replaced the part but couldn’t put it on so she left it at the house. THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE NOT ONLY HAVE I HAD PLUMBING ISSUES SINCE IVE MOVED IN BUT NOW I CAN'T RUN NO WATER IN MY HOME DUE TO THIS ISSUE THEY SENT PROFESSIONAL PLUMBING PEOPLE AND THEY COULDN'T FIX IT TODAY WHICH THEY TOLD ME THEY SHOULD BE GETTING ME A HOTEL UNTIL THEY CAN COME BACK IN 2 WEEKS NO ONE HAS YET TO CALL ME OR ANYTHING ABOUT SOMEWHERE TO GO SO PISSED OFF

Rob is a great guy, we love the staff! Miss Bonnie is so sweet we love her!!! We've been in our home for 8 years, Rob and his wife has worked with us when we've struggled at times, with everything going up, they've been very understanding and we truly appreciate it!! I'd def recommend this company!!! Thank you American Midwest!!!

In the 2 years we have been privileged to rent from this company we have had excellent customer support. They have an excellent maintenance staff and managers answer any questions when they arise.

I rent through them and they are super friendly and their maintenance is always quick and helpful! I have no complaints:) id recommend applying with them! They aren't too hard to get approved with either! The house I rent is in great shape as well and is also reasonable for the price of rent!

I have lived at my rental home since 2012 when my son and I were with Homeworks and about 2018 or so, it changed to American Midwest Realty & Property Management and it was a very smooth transfer. I have been very pleased with all that are involved with AMR&PM. I like being able to deal with Rob the owner and especially Bonnie in the office (another big Elvis fan), but everyone has been very nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental home or property.

Update do not rent through this company we paid 200 dollars to get house clean to get deposit back and now they trying to charges us another cleaning fee these people is scam and avoid them by all cost and they very racist towards black tenants so if you black they go denied you .
