I am a new professor of electrical engineering at Notre Dame, and over the summer after moving to South Bend, I lived in Bradley Company-operated faculty/staff housing, until I bought a house and moved out in August. The Bradley Company scammed me out of electricity bills that I had to pay after I moved out, to a total of $167.27. Wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star review. Lived at one of their apartments for less than 3 months before we started having water damage coming from the ceiling in multiple spots in 2 different rooms and MOLD growing and nothing was done besides we got 1 bucket for 1 leak. After telling them we were refusing to pay rent we were told they were taking the months rent off and we could terminate our lease if we chose to which obviously we did. Now they are saying they are only taking 1 months rent off. Keep in mind we didn’t have heat for almost a week during the winter and no hot water for …
