Great management company. Very helpful and top notch communication. They really shine in out-of-the ordinary situations. They managed a property for me while I lived out of town. On occasions I need to coordinate access to the property with tradesmen, it was like having a family member in town: they always had someone there at the scheduled time and were able to provide a phone number to give the tradesman. Top notch.

We live out of state and depend on CMR to handle our property on our behalf. The team does a great job. Pam Dillon is quick to respond and is so easy to work with!

I use Central Management Realty company to manage my rental home, and Doug has been very responsive and helpful at everything I have needed, from getting help cleaning my house to finding tenants. Doug has been great and has gone out of his way to take care of everything.

Do not rent with this company. This is the most incompetent property management company I’ve ever dealt with. They neglected a raccoon infestation in my attic for four months and have done nothing about a basement leak since October, offering only a dehumidifier as a solution. They demand you submit maintenance requests with your availability but disregard it entirely. This has happened multiple times. If I could leave zero stars I would. Hands down the worst company I've ever interacted with. My wife and I rented from CMR for almost two years; when we first moved in the house was absolutely disgusting: dust and pet hair in huge clumps and paint chips throughout the house. It took us a whole day to clean it and I documented all the issues with CMR by sending them pictures. When we received our security deposit after moving out they deducted over $400 dollars for bs reasons. The irony? The few times we had to call maintenance, it was always DAYS before someone came out to fix anything. They do not hire professionals to perform the work. Everything has been very good working with you. My only problem was the flooding of the unit when communication got missed and I became responsible. But still a 5 star review.
