Choice Property Management is a PM that goes above and beyond their duty. CPM has been managing my 4 unit apartment for a few years now and back in December 2022, just before the holidays, a pipe burst in the kitchen of one of my units while the tenant was on vacation. As soon as Jackie was alerted about the situation, her team sprang into action, was able to shut off the water to the unit, took pictures and assessed the damage, notified the tenant and me, and even helped with the clean up.
