I just started renting from Empire Management because I was approved for my section 8. 1st it took forever for Section 8 to even approve the house I moved into because it wasn’t up to their standards. 2nd when it was approved, it still wasn’t up to standards. I signed the Lease for this house on February 2nd 2023. I moved into the house February 6th. Upon moving in I noticed I didn’t have any hot water. So I had to call Empire to have Corey their maintenance man come and fix it. Turns out the house needed a new water heater. Upon Corey coming to fix the water heater he noticed that the hosing …
