Only property management company that will have your roof leaking for 6 months and still demand money. Unbelievable

My name is Kyle small. I was renting from excel management for the last 2 and a 1/2 years. Rent was on time these guys do nothing. There's leaks in the roof water in the basement mold in the house. And they do absolutely nothing time and time again. I have put work orders again. And the people are rude and don't care even though you pay rent. I have contacted a lawyer on this matter the building inspector. And the housing act attorneys. These are not good people to rent from. I don't suggest These people they are rude and unprofessional They do not take care of their tenants at all.

My fiancee and I were looking into finding a decent 2 story home with a nice size yard for our dog. In less than a month Excel Management delivered, needless to say, we are both extremely pleased with how much ease was put into the entire process. From approval to having the house keys. Paying rent each month is a breeze as well. Was much more than we had ever even thought possible for how the market has been and given the location.
