Since Golden Legacy took over our apartments, we've received zero communication on any work that will be done in our apartments on our porch. An email to leadership trying to address this went unanswered. Rent amount was entered wrong into the system. Contractors knocking on the porch glass door while my wife is nursing. Electrician showed up out of nowhere and I had no way of knowing if he is part of their team or not. I was a tenant of a property owned by Golden Legacy and the way they completely turned the property around cannot be understated. Firstly, they cared and that is HARD to find with many other realty companies I've dealt with. They were always available, kind, and willing to address all concerns.
