I’ve lived here for almost three years and I truly have no complaints. I feel safe and comfortable in this community, which is very important to me and my family. Maintenance has always been prompt and reliable whenever I’ve needed assistance and property management has been excellent to work with. I’ve never had any issues during my time here and overall my experience has been very positive. I definitely look forward to renewing my lease when the time comes.

Golden Oaks is a great place to live . They have wonderful management and maintenance staff ! I have been living here for 7 years.

After renting here for nearly four years, I am happy to recommend living at Golden Oak! Maintenance and property management are very quick to respond to any concerns. Over the past four years, rent has increased very minimally, and this complex continues to be one of the most affordable options in the area.

I've lived at Golden Oak Village for 7 years. We have a nice, quiet little community that looks out for each other. I feel safe here and thats huge to me! Easy to reach out to our property manager, Cam through text or emails and maintenance Rick is always there with a smile!!!

Rick, our repairman, always go above and beyond to see that our facilities are well maintained. They both work extremely hard. They are fast to respond to any concern. Great place to be, friendly neighbors, maintenance is done quickly and correctly, quiet area, and prices aren’t crazy

People dont waist your MONEY.. pot holes roads leading too apartment are bad streets ...unless u want FIX UR shocks and struts and idle arms i would not live here ..maintence does not fix things THERE either

I am so happy living at golden oaks. Cam is so kind and understanding, helpful down right excellent. Rick is on top of everything. Upper management is also amazing i appreciate them also for being patient with me also. This place is safe and as amazing team. Thank you

I lived there for 6 years and 2 months. It was nice at first, until we were bought out and turned from a retirement community to regular apartment complex. They brought in a new manager who, is still in ,the "BBIC" as far as I know. She is prejudice against vets, especially females. I was treated unfairly because I choose not to go crying to the office every time someone broke rules or was rude or ignorant. Had I been a crybaby like others were, I'd probably still be there Ms. Roberts is not an easy woman..she cursed me,more than once and was very rude on many occasions .more like bipolar Watc…
