BEWARE I have lived here long enough to watch conditions deteriorate and management repeatedly fail to address legitimate resident concerns. What has been most frustrating is not that problems occur, because every property has maintenance issues. It is the pattern of poor communication, delayed responses, lack of accountability, and apparent disregard for tenant concerns. I love it here. I've been here 12 years and I haven't had any issues. The ladies that clean the hallways are fabulous but you should always pick up after yourself.

The reviews are 100% right. If you are gonna renew a lease under them. DO NOT. They literally only raise rents and DO NOTHING to maintain the property. All they do is threaten tenants with having their vehicles towed.. I do all the right things so that isnt my issue. My issue is they literally DO NOT maintain the property. Used to be loved.. now its destroyed and it messes with me mentally.. like a toxic relationship. Do yourself a favor and get out.

Renters Beware – Stay Away - This company owns the apartment complex I rented at and I left this review under that apartment complex as well. I do not recommend this apartment complex under any circumstances. My experience here has been consistently frustrating, poorly managed, and not worth the price. The fee structure is excessive and predatory. Late fees are extremely high, there is absolutely no grace period, and if you miss a payment, they will disable your ability to pay online and add even more fees. This company recently purchased the property where I live and immediately raised rent by 30%. It appears this is their pattern, based on other reviews. This is a disgusting level of greed. Update: Service has quickly declined since the takeover. Snow removal and common area cleaning is barely evident.

This company bought out the property I'm currently staying at. Gave a 2 month notice that leases are changing and prices are increasing $300 a month for the same place. They want a 45 day notice before moving out and no one will answer the phone so I can ask questions about the move-out process. Can already tell this company is a slimy mess

They recently purchased the complex where I live and immediately started running it into the ground. It used to be a decent place to live and we really enjoyed it for a long time, but now it just gets worse and worse by the day. Counting the days until my lease is up so we can get out of this place.
