For the past few years, my husband and I have been dealing with Nanette who manages our house in Clovis CA. She’s been such a helpful and friendly person to deal with. I wanted to post this review because it’s so refreshing to find someone who genuinely goes out of their way to ensure you have everything you need, communicates well and follows up with every query made. As a whole, We are getting a great experience with this company and the staff. We couldn't recommend them more!

We have worked with Park Property Management for close to 12 years. David and Sharon and now Nanette and her team have been excellent. Their management skill and advice are top-notch. We have worked with mediocre property management (on a property taken back through foreclosure) and the difference was night and day. Although we only rented from Parker Property Management only a year, I would def rent from them again. We only moved because the owner decided to sell or we’d still be with them. Anytime we put a service request in, they had a technician out the next day addressing the issue. The staff seemed nice and replied promptly through our email exchanges. I’d recommend renting from them.
