My husband and I have had such a wonderful experience with PMI Michiana! This is our first rental property so we came ready with a TON of questions, and Steve has promptly answered every one of them. We don’t reside in Indiana so it was important to us that we find someone to manage our property that we trust and can communicate with, and we have definitely gotten that with PMI. Would highly recommend!!

Super unprofessional company, don’t show up for scheduled viewings, very unorganized. Has no consistency with all the places they post their properties. If you are a tenant looking and your time is valuable do not waste it with this company. They do not care 1 bit. Even messaged them to confirm the appointment I set up and yet still nobody showed up.
