Horrible place to rent from will fabricate all types of lies just so that you won’t get your deposit back or you will either have to pay more money that you DO NOT owe them. It was stressful renting from them they never fixed anything nor took responsibility for any of their wrong doing always raising the rent but never wanted to fix anything nor took.

Lying scam artists. Hidden fees and false reports to credit after leaving a rental we paid on time (every month) for. Hired attorney took them to court and they still attempted to attack our credit after being ordered to correct their false claim. Worst company aside from Sun homes to rent from in Elkhart County you people should be jailed.

I have NEVER, I mean NEVER rented from a property Management company with so many rude staff. The homes are over priced and not worth the cost in the least. I hope they go under and soon! Robbing people of their hard earned money, they should be ashamed of themselves.

You will love the properties they rent and the person that actually owns them BUT not the office of 534rent office staff is always rude and unprofessional I wouldn't rent here if it was my last choice I cannot wait for them to go under an absolutely horrible company even if you have OCD like me and keep all your paperwork and do everything by "their" guidelines you will be railroaded got outta there a few years ago and never looked back other than to see their profits going down keep on being shady to goshen residents all things must end and hopefully 534s ends sooner than later.. actually sad…

Office personal are friendly and communication is excellent . Everything is user friendly on there website and tenant portals. There maintenance team are very knowledgeable and right there for any maintenance requests as soon as you put in . Definitely rate 5 star all the way and rent is in the area to meet a person's needs. They keep there management properties very well maintained. Will definitely renew lease with them or on other properties. Thanks

Wish I could give it zero stars. Absolutely worst people to rent from. Don't do it don't do it don't do it! Samantha one of the owners thinks tanning her leathery skin is more important than people.

The absolute worst!! We've been without heat for 3 days!! Do not allow this company to rent to you or manage your properties. You will be disappointed!!

Great apartment, good price, excellent neighborhood, fantastic maintenance, peace and quiet.
