Owner/ manager sold my grandmas mobile home under her feet plus the manager had a grudge on us since we moved there in 2019. I highly reccomended not to live there. Place is a joke.

this is a trailer park it is not a hotel ignore my review. I was trying to get to this point so that I could specify is definitely not a hotel or campground or anything other sort is a mobile home park.

The estate’s management is available regularly, very responsive to any issues that arise, and friendly to the residents. Whether you’re a family, retiree, or pet owner, Riverside Estates offers a nice blend of affordability, comfort, and connection for all.

I lived there with some family for 3 months and I had a job out there the people and the trailer park are both bad places to live everyone in Buchanan treats life like it's high school if you're not born and raised there they will treat you very poorly.

Very quiet place. They work hard at keeping it neat and clean. It right across the road from the St. Joseph River.

The office staff are very helpful and easy to talk/work with.

I bought a house, it was newly renovated, they missed some water damage in one bedroom. I noticed it a couple days after moving in, asked about it, and they fixed it for us. Happy to live here, I've been here 2 months now and it seems like a nice environment. Kids play outside and have a great time. There's a cat that I call the welcome committee (he's very nice). Great time to move here, I see new homes getting set up on the lots, looks like a good time to consider moving in. I can't complain. The lot size is decent.
