Silver hammer tenents ruined our quiet neighborhood. They rented out a single family home in Griffith, and their tenents leave their pitbull out barking all night long. 1,2,and even 3 am that dog is waking up the neighborhood. I've reached out to Silver Hammer and even called the police and code enforcement on the residents to try and resolve the situation. Leaving us no choice to write this review. I rented from this property management company for 2 years at one of their properties in Valparaiso, IN. They were professional but also down to earth, kind, helpful, honest, kept up the unit, caring, understanding, communicative, knowledgeable, and it was an all around great experience. Granted, there were repairs my unit needed and I had a request to implement a retractable privacy screen (at my expense) which weren't addressed or approved but bear in mind that they're just the property management company and the actual owner was unwilling to move forward with these needs.
