I would not recommend renting through this property management company. From the very beginning, communication was extremely poor. Before moving in, I was given constant runaround, emails and calls went unanswered, scheduled unit viewings were missed, and I was told a unit would be ready by a certain date when it clearly wasn’t. I only found out there was an issue (the previous tenant hadn’t moved out) because I followed up myself. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have been told at all. PLEASE DONT RENT FROM THEM! They are fake advertising and also put people in houses then say they have to give rent increases every year! The house i live now is not worth the rent and they management team never came out to repair nothing but keep increasing my rent every year!!! It’s all a joke ! My Attorny is working on it!!!

I moved here in August of this year I never had a problem with anyone in this unit until these new couples moved in next door to me my car got broken into by them nothing was done I can't get no sleep because they fussing arguing slamming doors every night and day nothing has been done and what am I paying rent for a place I can't even get no sleep at or feel safe

How we can get in contact with them this place is a nightmare we been trying to get contact with them to fix this place bad business we can't get in contact with them

By far the worse Property management in history!!! Complete Crooks!!! I wish I could give them negative 5 stars. Bret Baron and Kate Fey of Baron Property Management should be Sued and shut down. They have been trying to make people pay for preexisting damages and neglect of their properties once you move in. Poor Maintenance and terrible repairs, if any. Falsifying documents in order to cover their scams. Threatening tenants with eviction, if they don’t pay for damages that were already there before move in. 🛑 DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT, just like a colleague of mines.

Management with this company is beyond awful and sketchy. I applied for a unit, and when I toured it they told me it was already rented, but the smaller one next door was available. I took it. They continued to advertise the occupied, bigger unit for months after on various rental sites. When I agreed to taking the smaller unit, there was no A/C unit, no fridge, and no oven racks. I was told these would be there by the time I moved in two weeks later. The fridge was brought in, but did not work. The A/C and oven racks were not put in for multiple weeks after my move in. I was lied to. Rented a property out from them and noticed that there was NOTHING done to prepare the property for a new tenant to move in. Not only was it not inspected, it was completely dirty, smelly, and many things broken like plumbing and electrical, etc. On top of that, they didn't communicate or reply to my maintenance requests and even performed maintenance on a sump pump (apparently, could also be a lie) without my permission to where they soiled the carpet and left me with an expensive surprise to clean up at my own cost. I would not recommend renting with this property management company. They never come and fix anything, they come out and look and then set a date to come back and they never do. My outlets in my living room have been out since almost April, my floor is cracking in certain places and they never came back to fix it after setting a date and time to do so. The water pressure in the shower in my first bathroom is trash. They repeatedly cancel our maintenance requests, we can never reach them by the phone half of the time.
