Really appreciate everything the girls in the office do! They have been amazing through the application process to me renting one of the homes. We have had a few issues with the house ( happens with rentals/homes sometimes), and I have received nothing but great service from all the girls when I call to get them resolved. Trisha always goes above and beyond to make sure she calls me and makes sure all has been taken care of. I truly appreciate everything they all do for tenants. Thank you!

BEWARE: If leaving no stars was an option I absolutely would. True definition of a snake laying in wait to shed their skin. Started out as a seemingly decent Company to rent from but as time went on their true colors showed. They do the bare minimum with fixing things, and then after five years, the house was broken into twice in the same week and once earlier in the year! So as a result, I was left with no choice but to vacate as safety obviously took priority given the circumstances. I rented from these people for about 4 months as the property owners decided to switch lease management companies. I had to go out of the country due to an emergency. I tried to call them after being gone for about a week saying I was going to be permanently moving out of the country and that I would was going to be moving everything out and selling it. They never answered. I tried emailing them and again, no answer. Long story short, I lost many personal items with huge sentimental value....pictures, clothes etc.... Have been living in our property for over 5 yrs rented originally from Home Keys but came home to a note on the door saying we would be going through Summit Group continuing on. They had many things that were in routine of being fixed but Summit never even cared to do so. Leaking through the roof caused the bathroom light to not work & when they sent the maintenance men out they said oh you need an electrician!
