I just leased a house to rent for my children and I and VPM went above and beyond making the process as easy as possible! I heard back about my application within minutes and their communication is excellent!

Suckiest people to rent from, house was already messed up, floors coming up, railings falling off & the kitchen drawers were HAMMERED together.😂

I highly recommend VPM as your next place to call home. I have been with this company for 10 years, and that longevity is a true testament to the exceptional service they provide. Val is amazing and truly takes great care of her residents. The maintenance team is prompt, professional, and courteous. The office staff is always friendly, supportive, and efficient. Val and her entire team are phenomenal at what they do. I honestly cannot recall a time when VPM did not meet my needs as a resident. My rental experience with this company has been a 10/10, and I’m grateful to call VPM my home rental.

Decent place to rent from. No real problems besides as I am waiting for my deposit to be returned all of a sudden can’t get in contact with them like I use to. Unprofessionalism is a deal breaker for me.. having a problem getting my deposit back when I didn’t have a problem getting it to them. Will be taking legal action soon

I’m going to be honest they are a company that if your credit isn’t the best but you have the income they will accept you and good for a 1 yr lease. But be careful to watch your online portal as they have a history of adding unauthorized charges and hold you accountable for them when you aren’t responsible for them. I personally was able to win 4 cases with them two different properties and plan on taking them to court for all their properties and many misplaced families they’ve evicted wrongly. Just be very careful strategic and smart with them. They aren’t organized & their systems are fault…

I just honestly wanted to take a second and say thank you! I have lived in my home for almost 12 years now and it has been my place of peace, ease of commute to work and the neighborhood/area has always been wonderful! I haven't always had the best neighbors living below me and I was really anxious in not knowing who my new neighbors would be and they are very pleasant! Your discernment of your tenants is great and I felt like you kept in mind on how you would see the tenants fitting in well with another person living above them! Haven’t had any problems with them, the maintenance men that come have been very pleasant and helpful. Any time I’ve had a problem with anything they reply within a timely manner and try to get things fixed right away. Way better than the last landlord’s I’ve had.

Good people to rent from, never had any problems or complaints. Rent prices are fair and not overwhelming. They've got a good maintenance team and they'll fix anything that needs fixed. This is the second house my family has rented from them and there's never been any issues. Most other landlords when you live in a place or move out of a place will always try to find something or some reason to keep your deposit and treat you wrong when you move out because we've had bad luck with landlords like that in the past. But they have never been that way towards us both times we've rented from them.

This is my second lease in my house with them, I just renewed for the year. Also, my second house with them. I have never been disappointed, they always fix things when I ask and are great people to rent from. I highly recommend VPM, I’ve rented from several landlords in the past and unfortunately cannot say the same for them, VPM is the best! I am very satisfied with their service and professionalism.

We just moved in to our apartment ! We love it here . It’s nice and quiet over here and very clean . The outside is well maintained . Overall a great experience !!!! We love it

We have lived in one of Val’s properties for a few months now and everything has been great ! The process of moving in was made very easy and the one small issue we had was taken care of very quickly which was just a washer leak . The apartment was nice and clean when we moved in newly remodeled. This has been a great experience over all ! Thank you Vals property management !

This is the worst experience ever 910 reddick st is a complete mess it has mold and all kinds of stuff wrong with the house my 4 month old is sick for the second the entire house is sick the basement has been flooded for weeks they add on several fees for random stuff the whole process is terrible don’t rent from them and I recommend don’t by this house unless you wanna waist some money every about this house is bad they want 1100 to break the lease after we have been living in these conditions since the lease began it’s a complete mess they charge you for maintenance work also be aware not to…
