Update... Disappointed with Property Management. Won't communicate, won't give evidence of charges for electric, that was NOT in Lease agreement. Place is not maintained. Bugs, leaks, filth. I will update if this improves. So far, Manager just told me to stop texting her at the # she gave me. Because the Site for the Company doesn't work.

This is the worst people to rent from. I moved in with my lady, first as a roommate, then we started seeing each other . But she has asked them to come and fix things, like ceiling falling, rats, holes in door frame, and they would come and do an inspection and then say we need to fix something not pretending to our complaints. Then in March we had rain and the roof was leaking, we called them and they came a month and half later to look. After the ceiling fell in the upstairs bathroom, and bottom dining area. Easy application process, and smooth transition to move in. Apartment was bigger then I expected based on the pictures. Appreciate the security at building so no Issues so far.

Lazy, irresponsible, unqualified, ignorant people. Never came to fix anything as far as light fixtures, outdoor staircase, kitchen and bathroom sinks, stove, etc. Will never rent from them again nor will I suggest them to anyone I know, even my worst enemy. If I could they would get a -5 star rating.
