By far the easiest Management to work with, communication is on point, repairs or work orders are completed almost immediately upon request, and the owners are genuine human beings that care about your well being and livelihood!

True professionals, so good at what they do. As a landlord I'm looking for a team that can that can take over, take me out of the equation, handle the maintenance calls and the tenant calls 100% without my input and do it correctly, and they did that. Can highly recommend.

Legacy Inc. is a great company run by really good people. They own the property where I live and they take excellent care of it. The maintenance is always kept up, and anytime there’s a problem or something that needs to be fixed, they respond quickly. They’re reliable, professional, and genuinely care about their tenants. Overall, they’re great people and a company you can really count on.
