If you have no soul and care little for your tenants than this is the perfect company for you. They ignored every message I sent them for months. Cancelled a signed lease that would have protected us having a roof over our heads during the sale of a property. The only things they fixed were if it benefitted the landlord and those things are already falling apart. These people are robots who have no regard for anyone. The entire time my rental property was under their management, I was a nervous wreck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I wish I could score it lower.

I’ve been living in this building for over 10 years and have seen management companies come and go, and in the last six weeks that Anchored has been involved they have kicked multiple people out of the hallways, cleaned up the property to the point where I can literally go outside with my grandkids and not worry about anything. Manny actually walks the property by himself at night! I’ve never seen someone do that and every time I go to the office, they give me coffee and are extremely nice to me, they make me feel like family. The property Managment is fantastic! They took the time to fix the issues the previous property Managment team failed to correct. I’m a tenant at one of the properties they manage and I can say in their first few weeks the Managment company has handled more issues than the previous company.
