This property management service is one of the best I have ever worked with. They are efficient, responsive, and ethical. Believe me, because, as president of my condo association, I have had my share of not so great managers!

Don't look out for the property that's overpaying them. Can't make good deals for services, waste money on properties. Take your calls only to give you lip service..

Terrible communication, unprofessional and lazy. Don't move into one of their managed properties unless you want to watch your reserve fund drain down to nothing.
