Very happy with their work. New carpet, new paint and they found a good tenant. They are now doing the mowing for my property and may consider them for plowing in the winter.

I contacted Matt about cleaning up some spaces around the front of my house, taking out a bunch of shrubs and old things and planting an array of new plants and mulch. Also doing some cleaning in the yard of some plants. Matt came by and we walked around the house and I told him what I was looking for, Matt proposed things and I said go ahead with the job. As I entered into Thornwood, looking for a place to live in Great Barrington was very difficult being a traveler and hard until I met the guys at Thornewood. I had the opportunity to meet Chris was very sweet and understanding and he made sure he answered all questions that I had and made me feel comfortable that he will work hard to get me what I was looking for.Chris did a awesome job and I am very grateful that I no longer have to live out of a hotel anymore. They are awesome people to work with. They got me into my apartment within less than a week. I needed it so bad and they worked with me. I would definitely recommend.

I am a stand up tenant. I'm clean. I never pay late, and I improve the places I stay at my own cost. BPM lies, never returns calls, will try to get you to make extra payments, and fails to uphold their obligations. I never read reviews before I moved in. I should have. Read the others if you don't believe me. Not worth the hassle trust me. DO NOT RENT FROM BPM.

WARNING: Dont think that BPM will follow through on even the most basic commitments – like responding to a hazardous situation making your home unliveable, or patching a giant hole before the -20 degree winter nights arrive – to make your life any less of a living nightmare.
