I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of management from Elite. Reading Elites company philosophy is a complete joke and nothing but lip service. I hope you guys can get your business straightened out and do the job you are paid for. YOU GUYS ARE GETTING A TON OF MONEY FROM US UNIT OWNERS, DO WHAT YOU ARE PAID TO DO. I call it like i see it. Probably the worst experience I’d had talking to any property management company, honestly any company in general. My father lives in condo and the deck and skylight been falling apart for 3-5 yrs, and been getting no where. Since I don’t live there I call when I can and leave emails, but communication is extinct in this company. It shocks me how many housing communities and condo associations uses this property management in CT. Ducking joke. Shocking it’s 1.6 rated, google should give negative ratings. I put in a work order to have a beehive removed from the side of my condo. Within a few days I got a call from Elite saying they are sending someone out then a few days later someone came out and removed it. Thank you Elite

Elite doesn't listen to the residents. They fight people on silly things like where they parked or whether they have something on the grass while residents deal with water damage for months. There is no accountability or common sense. Our fees have doubled in the last 5 years for horrible quality in exchange.

Even one star is a lot for these people. They never resolve any resident issues or call back.
