Filipe was okay until he didn't pay multiple tenants rents to me for multiple months and changed one of my tenants locks without my knowledge or permission and did not give me the code.

We had to let CT property management go after Filipe was withholding rent payments for months without paying us. He went on travel and was non responsive for weeks while with holding thousands in rent. When we informed Filipe we would no longer be renewing our contract he decided that to be a good time to bill us for a bunch of unnecessary and unrequested "upgrades". As you'll see many reviews are from tenants which I'm sure is fine for them but as a landlord I would never trust this company or Filipe.
