As a property owner, I didn’t appreciate how this company treated me or my tenants

Communication has been inconsistent, maintenance requests take too long, and follow-through has been disappointing. As tenants who pay rent on time, we deserve professionalism and timely service. You have a service company. You should do better.

I am a resident of Echo Hill Condominiums which they manage. The property manager, Sabrina Bardwell, doesn’t focus on major things that need to be addressed and instead aids and abets the Board (that is full people with nothing better to do), target and harass younger residents of color with petty problems about what they're doing wrong, which, by the way, are the same things that most other residents are doing.
