Well the truth they don't care about their tenants we do complains they either delete it or Marked as done when it wasn't done the hallway doors are all broken we have to deal with people smoking and doing drugs in the hallway 💉 sleeping in them leaving trash and even urinate and shit all over the hallway because the doors are not fixed correctly and keep getting broken the heat is horrible for example like tonight 8 degrees and no heat since this morning it is not the first time either they barely give any heat we have had neighbors lose electricity for them to come 2 days later to turn them…
Very understanding and helpful maintenance crew. Management very nice doing their best to keep up with all that the property needs.
What I love about HG Properties, they meet with you in person, greet you with a smile. Highly professional with excellent experience. Their apartments are Nicely clean and safe to live. Management are there to answer any questions you may have. I highly encourage you to apply, you will not be dissapointed.

They've been excellent to work with! They seem to care about keeping their residents happy and their communities clean and safe. They are proactive and solve problems before they are asked to.
