After the installation of my downspout a few months ago, I recently noticed a crack in my intake exhaust pipe and contacted my property manager. I also called in my furnace contractor who originally installed the pipes. Lucky for me that I had both parties come out and assess the cracked pipe. The job was okayed for repair and the property manager said he would get me reimbursed from the roof contractor and immediately contacted him.
