We’ve worked with Steve and his team for just over 5 years now, starting with them as a newly built condo community that transitioned from the builder to a property manager. Steve helped us bring order to the chaos, implementing comprehensive financial management and reporting while keeping the HOA fee growth very reasonable even in an inflationary environment. Steve has helped us accomplish quite a lot, from redoing a lot of landscaping, to identifying and bringing on more suitable and reliable vendors, to addressing repair needs.
