Was a tenant for a year and soon to be moving out! Based on the other reviews and knowing how they work, I am sure they will try to take our security deposit. They changed our washer and dryer to a coin-operated without us knowing. Peter Grandonico showed up at our house unannounced, which is illegal, collected his quarters from our laundry, and then gave us an insincere apology for changing the washer and dryer to coin-operated and kindly left us about 5 quarters for a 4-dollar total laundry load. Chris and Kathy are the best!! They are caring and provide prompt professional responses to any of the tenants’ needs. I love the attention to detail and motivation to renovate their properties!! They care and it shows!!

Money hungry, and inconsiderate of their tenants. Ownership transferred over to them while renting, and removed promised parking spots. Then took spots for themselves, along with constantly showing and disrupting apartments. Future tenants will likely have a similar experience.

Ever since Lincoln has bought our building all they have been concerned about is renovations. They don’t consider how it affects their current tenants because all they really care about is ways that they can double the rent for the next one’s. It is waking us up early in the morning with the sound of constant drilling and hammering. They also blocked off more than half of our parking spots for exterior work on the building. Not enough great things to say about these people! Chris, the property manager, takes extreme pride in providing a fantastic living experience, she’s super easy to talk to and truly wants the best for you unlike many other leasing companies who just try to run up the bill. I wish I knew about these guys earlier as I would have lived here last year as well. Only thing: if you’re planning on heading into the office, make sure they know you’re coming.
