I live at 23 Federal Springfield mass apartment for 25 years. They increase the rent for the last five years they neglected the building. They don’t fix The property and they don’t clean around the property. That building is completely disgusting.When you have a an issue with your apartment don't wanna fix anything and when they do like five months later, they do a shitty job they're rude. Please stay away from this property from this. North Brooklyn Management is not worth it. You’re gonna have a lot of headache they don’t even wanna give me back my security they’re and they’ve been having…
