Beware of maintenance fees such as landscaping, lawn mow, snow removal etc. This can cost you hundreds to thousands of dollars even though your front/back yard is tiny and does not require periodic maintenance. The invoices are poorly made and maintained which is very hard to track so that we can avoid any duplicate charges. Even months after closing our account with them, they keep sending invoices.

Dont answer phones, dont return calls, emails address listed gets redirected to a non functioning email address. After 7 days and 15 phone calls someone finally called just to tell me email there non functioning address. We have 4 apartment houses they ignore every Tennant request, all they do is cash checks and ignore service calls, took over 48 hours to remove snow from walkways town ordinance is 24 hours. I worked with Jessica to fill a vacancy on my rental property in Holyoke. She was highly effective in communicating, showing the unit, and helping me select a reliable and clean tenant. I got to work with MeKal Management, I just moved to an apartment and flooded 6 days after moving .
