They handle all of the interaction with the tenants. Collect rent. Coordinate any repairs. Get approvals from me. Allows me to be hands off. Reasonable fee.

Whenever I needed something done, they responded in a timely manner and always polite. They will go above and beyond for you so be respectful, and considerate of the property and fellow neighbors. What you put out is what you will get back.
