We have been working with RPM for close to a year now and have been extremely happy with the experience. Kimberlee and Lisa communicate clearly, often including detailed photos for reference, and are consistently responsive and transparent. Even though we currently only own a duplex, it truly feels like we receive the same level of service and care as a much larger portfolio. I’ve had a really positive experience with this property management company. Kimberlee and her team are great to work with and always on top of everything. Even when we needed to find good tenants in a short amount of time, she handled it smoothly and made the process easy. She's responsive, professional, and clearly know what she's doing. The best thing we have done for our rental business was to turn the management over to Kim and her team! Not having to worry about all the day to day things has allowed us to focus on other things. In addition, Kim has a phenomenal maintenance staff, and they quickly take care of any issues that come up! We no longer need to chase down contractors for routine repairs. The also assessed a big issue we had with our building, and found a solution we never thought of! Kim and her team are fabulous, and whether you have 4 or 40 units to manage, they are the people to call!!!

The team at RPM did a fantastic job with our rentals. They were able to solve some challenging problems with our existing furnace and plumbing. They also got an apartment rent-ready with excellent attention to detail. Highly Recommended!!

We have used RPM for almost 2 years now and have been extremely happy with their services. Kim is on top of everything and has built a great team around her. They communicate well and Fabian does a great job communicating maintenance needs and getting the right contractor in to do the work in a timely manner. They look out for the owner and obtain several quotes, ensuring the best price is given to us for the work needed. We currently have 3 of our properties under their service and plan to add more, due to the great job they do!

I have owned a big old duplex in Pittsfield for 20 years now. As a single mom being a landlord and taking care of this big house has NOT been easy. A friend suggested I look for a property manager. I reached out to Kimberlee in January about possibly renting my house on the recommendation of someone trusted plus all of their great reviews! I didn’t hear back for 2 weeks which no big deal I stated we were planning on moving in over a year. She asked to speak and I asked in person or over the phone (this was February) and I just checked in today 3 plus months later, texts are read but unanswered. Real Property Management manages my apartment building. My heat and hot water stopped working on Friday evening, February 20. I was hoping to see it repaired before the Monday following, but a repair man came on Saturday. I was informed that a part was needed. The repair man came again on Sunday afternoon, and again on Sunday evening, and I had heat and hot water on Sunday night. I don't think better service was possible.
