Sears used to be an okay landlord, however, since Paul Sears passed away a few years ago, Sears has been jacking up the rent every year. $900 a month for a studio apt. in a terrible neighborhood, no laundry facilities, no off-street parking. It's criminal, how can somebody be so money-hungry?!!!
