When I purchased my condo it needed work done. Spaeth came and painted, laid down vinyl flooring, replaced doors, and built custom shelves. All the work was done in a timely manner and the workers were friendly.

This so-called property management company is a disappointment. They took over managing our property a few months ago and have done nothing but increase condo fees. Their customer service is abysmal, with terrible communication. Any concerns are met with the suggestion to contact their lawyer, but after reaching out countless times, I have never received a call back. They operate as if they’re in the Wild West, acting like sheriffs who can do whatever they please. It snowed on Sunday. Late afternoon when the snow was half melted, Spaeth came to blow the the snow off with a cordless blower… but how do you blow the snow when the snow was already wet and melted… in fact that sleet was turning into ice by the time they came to do the job. It was so late in the day, the temperatures were already dropping, so nothing was happening other than that turning into ice. I’m going to start this out saying I’ve done properly management for over a decade. I understand this is a tough job especially when you’re managing multiple properties. Though that doesn’t excuse laziness or being unprepared. Since this company took over property management at the Brush Hill complex they have done a HORRIBLE job with snow removal. Just like previous posts state, this management company has zero business managing anything. How they treat people is beyond a zero star. Any issues I have ever had are minimally followed up on and if you say/do anything they do not agree with, you will be fined. They steal money with tiny fees, incur charges and set rules with only a days notice to comply or fine you. Any questions/attempts to understand their billing is met with “call our lawyer”. Spaeth is the property management company of our condo complex over in Ludlow and they are fantastic. Tammy and John are always so attentive, quick to respond, and polite. Any issues we have had at the condo, they have always responded promptly to help address.

I wasn't sure how to set up my portal, so I gave the Spaeth office a call. They transferred me to John, the property manager, and he made the whole process super easy. He explained everything clearly and pointed me to where I could find any info I might need later. Really appreciated the help!
