Lived here for 5 years, in last few months been trying to move apartments for a newly renovated one. In the last month or so they brought on a new person for leasing and management, he’s been a great help with the moving process along with paperwork. Love the new feel of management and look of apartment. Looking forward to continuing to build with him and having a good relationship with the company

Excellent service. The maintenance line provided an excellent service. She was so helpful and made me satisfied with the service that she provided. I was about to give a 10 star rating but unfortunately it only allows me to rate maximum of 5 stars. =)

Stanton management is heaven sent!! I’m a single mom of two kids under 5 and I have an eviction on my record and they were so understanding, realistic, and worked with me despite of. They also helped me move all my things into my new place and saw where I lacked in my home helped me out and I am so grateful I didn’t settle with anyone else. The apartment is amazing. Joanna needs to return - ever since she been gone nothing is done as far as communication was very reliable very dependable always handy when needed. The other person there is not good enough to do what Joanna was doing she stayed on top of getting things done or putting in a word for what I needed not sure what happened to her but she needs to come back Joanna got the job done

Highly professional and efficient. They just took over management of my building and have been very responsive when it comes to maintenance requests. Dean, one of the managers is very nice and professional and always try’s to resolve issues as quickly as he can. My heat went out and he brought me space heaters until he was able to have someone repair the problem which got done in 2 days.

Great management company, they take care of maintenance and work orders pretty quickly compared to other management companies in the area.
