DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Lived at University Park apartments. Rent prices are attractive and the apartment is nice, but the power goes out CONSTANTLY! Three weeks ago the power went out for ten hours, Holyoke Gas and Electric had no idea what was wrong. Whatever is wrong with the electrical system in some of the buildings they can’t seem to figure it out. Also, seems like every month they shut off the water for maintenance, too. They would give paper notices THE DAY PRIOR to shutoff. ANOTHER THING! Property management WILL harass you if they think you are “harboring” tenants in YOUR APAR…
Lived here for 6 months in Agawam. Place is a joke. They fix nothing. My rent went up twice in half a year. Bathrooms are moldy, outdated piping, most apartments have all the Acs on a single breaker so only one room can be cooled without tripping the breaker. On site management spy on the tenants. My roommate had is girlfriend over for 2 to 3 days in a row and we both received emails informing us that we were violating our agreement by moving someone in without telling them. Really good experience with this company. They take care of the site snow removal, mowing, etc. Fast responses when it comes to fixing things and the laundry is easy to assess. The area is very safe specially with having kids. Highly recommend 👍🏻
I have lived in this complex in Agawam for over 20 years. It was known as The Jewel of Agawam when I moved here. My rent has gone up every year since I've been here, once it went up twice in the same year because of "improvements" i.e. new windows. On site manager was interested in his tenants, so was the EEO. Now, the place looks like the Foreign nation with a lot of families receiving government assistance who don't work and are driving very high end cars. Quality of the apartments-- repairs or up dates, is minimal. Still a safe place to live, convenient to CT and the surrounding areas. Howe…
