We had mice constantly and they only covered up the visible holes… with a piece of wood and calk. Someone came in to tour and they knocked once on my door and immediately opened it, I had no pants on. Nice people just wish they helped out or responded to our emails more

I would HIGHLY recommend against renting from/working with Valley Property Management. In renting an apartment managed by them for three years, they made it clear that they are a poorly managed and unprofessional company. Here are some of the experiences my roommates and I had during our tenancy under them: Upon move in, we were told the apartment would be professionally cleaned. The bathroom was full of black mold, and the floors were so dirty my socks turned black on the bottom within one day of walking on them. ValleyPM has been so great for finding off campus housing! They are incredibly attentive and transparent about everything. I am leasing through them for my junior and senior year and plan to lease again for my masters program. Definitely would recommend!

My roommates and I have worked with Jessica for the past year and she has been extremely helpful. We have now rented two different houses from VPM and it has been great, would recommend.

Jessica and Valley Property have been great! They extremely responsive if any issue arises and get back to us quickly if we have any questions or concerns. Valley Property Management has been wonderful with helping my roommates and I find off campus housing. Alan has been very responsive, he showed us 3 properties that met the criteria we were looking for, and we picked one! It's a big relief to have our housing figured out for next year, we are very appreciative!

I had a great experience working with Valley Property Management! We worked with Alan and he was very professional and made the whole process a lot more manageable and easy for us. He listened to all of our needs for housing and gave us tours of many houses until we found the right one. We’ve had a great experience with Valley Property Management! We found and toured houses with Allen and he was super helpful and really nice. The application process has been really smooth and simple thus far, and there is a great selection of houses available. I definitely recommend for anyone who wants to rent a house, especially students!!
