After selling our home, we thought we would only stay in an apartment for a year; we called it 'camping,' but we’ve been here over ten years now. We love our unit, and a major reason is that Virgilio is very responsive to any problems or issues. Our a/c died over the weekend when it was in the 90s outside, and they came within hours of me calling to install a new one. Very pleased with Virgilio’s service.
I know Greg for over 20 years and I have rented 4 apartments from him over the 20years and he is a great landlord and staff members are great and when something in the apartment needs to be done they are always fast, and he’s properties are cleaner then most other buildings I see , so it’s a great place to rent and the heaters are always nice in the winter worm wise
Why isn't a refrigerator not included on the rental property? Even buying most home has a refrigerator. A fee for a refrigerator is diabolical LOL
’ve had a really positive experience renting with Virgilo Property Management. Mr. Virgilio, the owner, is a genuinely great person—easy to talk to, fair, and very responsive whenever something comes up. Everything has been handled professionally, and it’s clear he actually cares about his tenants and the properties he manages. It’s been a smooth and stress-free experience overall. I’d definitely recommend Virgilo Property Management to anyone looking for a good place to rent.
