They are managing are managing a property for me and have been really great so far. They’ve been extremely communicative and quickly turned 2 of the units and are prepping for leasing. Seriously worth considering if you need pm services in western mass.

I’ve had a great experience with my property manager, Irina. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the tenants and the property. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she’ve handled it quickly and efficiently. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner, and communication is always clear and respectful. It’s reassuring to know that the property is well-managed and that concerns are taken seriously. I truly appreciate her hard work and dedication.

VP Management has been more than I even hoped for in a property management team. They are prompt with rent collection and repairs. David and Iryna are great communicators both to myself (landlord) and tenants. Just completed a remodel where VP Management took charge and completed an extensive remodel project for a good price but more importantly in a timely manner, unit was listed for rent in less than 2.5 weeks from the start of the project. 10/10 would recommend working with them.

Not sure the first one went through so I'll do it again. Wilmer, the repairman, arrived just after 8:00 a.m. and proceeded to get my existing garbage disposal working again. He then replaced the light fixture in the kitchen with a conventional type he obtained from Home Depot. He worked quickly and came across very professional and personable. Thanks Wilmer.

I’ve recently toured, applied, and was accepted as a tenant for a property VP Management manages within 4 days. It was the smoothest application process I’ve experienced in my time of renting, and communication has been quick and easy. My questions have been answered promptly and with care. We had a lovely stay at the Englewood rental. The space was set up great for two families to share. The best part was all the beach gear provided 🏖️ The beds were also comfortable with nice linens. Thanks for hosting us!

The house is lovely - very updated, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is very functional. The pool area opens to the house and is a great extension of the house. Best of all - the management responds almost instantly to inquiries. I plan to rent again next year.

I have not had any issues with VP as a management company. They have worked with my family patiently and have been far kinder than most landlords would have been in similar circumstances.

Unprofessional behavior, the staff members even don’t know how to speak and behave with the tenants!

Bad customer service and do not expect back your deposit. They will make up things not to give your money back.

VP management is a horrible company and treat their tenants like trash The only reason why this company has a bunch of good reviews is because it's mostly by shady landlords that like this company If other tenants knew about VP being on Google map they would have so many one star reviews I do not recommend renting any apartment that's managed by VP avoid any buildings that has VP management on it do not rent from that afford it at all cost,

Living in this property was phenomenal, the community is very beautiful and pleasant and we all get along very well, excellent school for the children , VP management is the best company that can exist.

We are renting this home. There were a few maintenance issues that the previous renters caused. The house host and the maintenance crew were quick to respond and issues were resolved without much interruption.

I think its best for tenants do there own inspection,in the apartment I recommend it to everyone ztenant unless u prefer them coming to ur apartment's n do the inspections.N u can Do it in ur spare time.its worth it.

My experience with VP Management has been consistently negative over the past six years. They appear to neglect the maintenance of their properties. We've been instructed to handle common area cleaning, such as mopping and sweeping hallways, and even tasks like salting staircases and property in winter.
