Am a landlord this experience was a nightmare I had to do many trips in person.. No one answers the phone.. And am still waiting to receive my money so my tenant can move... I understand why everyone told me not to work with this program.. They need more employees? Or better staff? Or management.. This program needs help!!

My experience with Wayfinder has been nothing but joy.I went through the weekend classes for purchasing a home,In the weekend classes the price is $50.00 each class.They go over everything every step on purchasing your first home. From closing and realtor even to inspection and attorney.There are so many banks that work with first time buyer and some that also wayfinder can assist you with.I'm now looking into the home modification loan to get my sons bathroom remodeled from Wayfinder no cost out of my pocket only if I sell my home I would need to pay the loan back.Do know I'm a single paren…

DO NOT RENT YOUR PROPERTIES THROUGH WAYFINDERS! Wayfinders is an absolute joke of an organization. If you find yourself in a difficult situation with a tenant, do not expect them to help you in any meaningful way. You would think they’d do their best to support landlords—especially considering they wouldn’t have half the housing they manage without us. I’m currently drowning in expenses due to a tenant who has violated our lease agreement more times than I can count and hasn’t made a rent payment in over a year. As a landlord they did not make the process easy. I had to make multiple trips to the office to get anything done. The front office staff are very helpful but the case works are not very responsive to communication either message or email. It took way too much effort to get a tenant into the apartment. If I had to do it again I will not. I hope this helps a landlord on what they are in for with this organization.

I have been trying to get help from wayfinders, I have left at least 15 either voicemail or texts. I had one call back and now the gentleman won't answer his voicemail. We applied for raft and got it but we had issues with one landlord went to housing court she was in the wrong and we got 6 months free rent because of her slumlord attitude , regardless she put information before the case was over it's still active. I spoke to the Mayor about our situation due to my husband having cancer. We have financial hardship because we can't work. All the say is check your email. No one call back to check in your case, this people get pay to do nothing.

I been Living HERE for over a year. I honestly am So Grateful and Thankful 🙏On a daily Basis 🙏. They have really really been AWESOME with me 🙏. I am so Happy that I actually am living alone🙏🙏👍👍❤️❤️ and Working on myself 🙏❤️. Literally My QUILTY OF LIFE Went from 50 to 100 PERCENT Just GRATEFUL everyday🙏❤️.

It’ seems like if you don’t really kno them they won’t help you at all I did everything for the help of raft cause I’m laid off and my girlfriend don’t even make 30 hours a week and with my unemployment I can’t even pay rent and they make it real difficult to get the help

customer service is non-existent here. you try to get ahold of someone and the phone rings for hours and hours no matter day and time. phone line opens at 9am and i was on hold until 9:45am still never heard from anyone. managers and administrators don’t answer. they keep urging everyone to come down but that’s not always accessible for everyone especially when they give the option to call them. i was displaced due to a fire and lost everything so wanted to see if there was any assistance available. an agent was suppose to reach out and never did especially when they needed additional informat…

They never fix anything they have stolen over300.00 in money orders they lie every apartment we wanted they wouldn't call or help you have to find your own apartment and find your own ride to see it... And the apartments they want you to move into are nasty to small in the worst parts of the town or city they will not give you extra time to find an apartment that you want and when your in the shelter get prepared to get written up for things you don't do my advice if you are in this shelter get a HOUSING LAWYER ASAP OR YOU WILL GET STUCK WITH AN APARTMENT YOU DONT WANT!!!!!!
