If you're a homeowner looking for a property management company, I strongly recommend looking anywhere else. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Communication was consistently poor, follow-up on requests was slow or nonexistent, and getting updates often took weeks. The company provided very little support when issues arose with tenants and failed to adequately protect and manage the property. Witman properties only redeeming factor is Pauline and the rest are completely incompetent. Their complete lack of communication is a wonder that they are able to do any business at all. We called multiple times and when the team finally came out to do the job they were assigned which was to completely remove bushes by the root at the end of our driveway they instead cut corners by simply wildling the bushes to nubs and even out did themselves by removing 2 hydrangea bushes that they weren’t instructed to remove. Five star landlord

Pauline Grove has been wonderful helping me navigate my recent purchase of a duplex. Having never been a landlord before it has been invaluable to have this kind of support. She has helped me with bank requirements for my veterans loan. They are actually very fond of helping the little guy out too, not just bigger investments. Which is very hard to find. She has taken a lot of time explaining things to me and I really do feel like I do having someone watching my back. Thank you!!

Alysia O., Bella Ortiz & also Izzy from Maintenance is ALWAYS pleasant to deal with & displays professional customer service. On the other hand, Raymond Spears is DISGUSTING! He sends messages to tenants like he knows you && feels it's ok to talk DOWN to the tenants without knowing you from a hole in the wall. They need to train him on how to be PROFESSIONAL and keep his feelings out his responses. Hope the right people see this too because he's ridiculous!! 💯👌🏾

Lo peor dejan que los animals muertos se decompongan y luego llegan las aves de rapiña a comer la carne en el jardín donde juegan niños pequeños y mascotas pasean . Hacía dos días estaba ahí tirada serca del árbol de raspberry donde comemos todos los vecinos llamé a un chico de mantenimiento que tenía una actitud como si fuera a dispararme por pedirle que por favor sacara la ardilla del jardín de la comunidad. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Witman is the absolute worst property management company around. Their snow removal is a joke and anytime you try to hold them accountable, they retaliate. Over this last snow storm we got 2+ feet of snow starting Sunday, and no one came out until Monday at 7pm to plow. If we weren’t out there making sure we weren’t completely plowed into our parking spots, the guy would have just done a strip and left like he did in the parking lot over from ours. No salt in the parking lot ever, so most of the time it’s an ice skating rink once the snow melts and then freezes. To…

This was the first bad snowstorm we had since Witman Properties bought our buildings and today they are getting our parking lot cleared really well. They are my first landlord to be so thorough and I appreciate it so much! I'm so glad they became my landlords!

We have found all the properties that we have gone in to for Witman to be 100% taken care of quickly. This company is great!
