This property management company was recommended to us by a super of the building who said they are very hands on. That is an understatement 448 Management reps Myron and Margot have been managing all my multifamily investments for the past 6+ years and I am grateful to them. They show up for emergencies and communicate very well with tenants. They manage and plan ahead. Highly recommend!
I am so glad our building started working with 448! We had so many issues with previous management companies, and 448 has been doing an incredible job helping us get things back in order. They're thorough, professional, and communicative—by far the best management company I've worked with in Brooklyn. Highly recommended for small- to mid-size buildings.
